Why did you say yes to sponsoring Purpose Fueled? What was the moment you decided this was worth it?

Dunn Brothers Coffee was excited to be able to build upon our local community connections by partnering with an organization like Purpose Fueled, which also believes in authentic community.

What does your company actually do? In plain language, the way you’d explain it to a friend at dinner? Or, maybe better yet, how would you explain it to Mick’s son Macallister (a 5th grader)?

Founded in 1987 in St. Paul, MN, Dunn Brothers Coffee has always been known for taking pride in serving amazing coffee, freshly roasted in house daily, and for making local community connections a defining principle.

What do you believe about people that drives how you run your business?

We believe in taking coffee quality seriously, but not ourselves.

What does “purpose” mean to you personally, not the buzzword version? The real one.

Purpose is the reason you get up each day, not because you have to, but because you believe the way you show up matters. It’s found in the choices you make, the people you impact, and the legacy you build one day at a time.

What’s one thing you hope people in the Purpose Fueled community know about you or your company?

Dunn Brothers Coffee has remained consistent for almost 40 years on the pursuit of authentic community and excellent, freshly roasted coffee. We believe in staying true to our mission!

We love being in the business of the every day, and want to be connected with people from all walks of life. Conversation over a cup of coffee might not change the world, but it could change one another.
