And that spreads to the professional and personal relationships that are built outside of the monthly meetings in a way I hadn’t seen before. There is a certain level of trust already built with those who show up and engage with Purpose Fueled on a regular basis, given the group’s ethos.

Choice Insurance, a Vizance Company makes the complicated healthcare and employee benefits industry easy for small business owners and their employees by building smarter, sustainable benefits strategies.
What do you believe about people that drives how you run your business?
Meet people where they’re at in life and a belief that everyone wants to be successful, happy, and build relationships for the larger goal of their purpose. Working together allows the work to be more fun, the wins to come faster, and the purpose to be celebrated together.
What does “purpose” mean to you personally, not the buzzword version? The real one.
Purpose is a guiding light that keeps you going on the longer, tougher days. Something bigger than your career, passions, and even relationships. But I believe you do need all of those positive aspects to find your true purpose.
What’s one thing you hope people in the Purpose Fueled community know about you or your company?
Choice Insurance focuses on offering Employee Benefits to small businesses in MN, an often underserved segment. Being local and employee-owned, we pride ourselves on offering proactive service to Business Leaders and their employees.

Referral Partners: I appreciate the ecosystem of business partners that I’ve built in my 15 year career in the Twin Cities. I naturally partner best with Fractional HR, HR Consultants, Fractional CFOs, Financial Advisors, Payroll and PEO Consultants, CPAs, and PE/VCs.
Potential Clients: Any Business Owners/Operators who are looking for new ideas to drive cost containment around their Employee Benefits strategy, while still being offered proactive service and employee education from a local firm.
