Sponsor Spotlight: The Lumin Group

They want to do good work with good people. And help good people do good work.

That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

Megan Brogger and her team believe people are doing their best. They show up to help leaders understand themselves, communicate better, and build teams that actually hold together.

Not by prescribing solutions. By co-creating them.

We’re glad they’re in our corner.

Why did you say yes to sponsoring Purpose Fueled?

We’ve always believed that growth happens when we’re surrounded by others who are committed to learning, stretching themselves, and making a positive difference. Purpose Fueled brings together exactly that kind of community.

At The Lumin Group, we often say that we want to do good work with good people and help good people do good work. Sponsoring Purpose Fueled felt like a natural extension of that belief. It’s an opportunity to invest in people who are committed to leading with purpose, creating meaningful connections, and making an impact in their communities and organizations.

What does your company actually do?

We help people become better leaders and create healthier, more effective workplaces.

In simple terms, we bring the science of people to work™. We help leaders at all levels understand themselves, communicate more effectively, build stronger teams, and navigate challenges in ways that help both people and organizations succeed. We work at the intersection of people science and workplace dynamics — helping people work better together.

What do you believe about people that drives how you run your business?

We start with the belief that people are doing their best. No one wakes up intending to do a poor job, but we also recognize that when people are stressed, disconnected, or unsupported, it impacts how they show up and how they experience work.

Because of that, we see leadership and development as deeply relational. Real change happens through connection, curiosity, and practice. Therefore, we are intentional about who we partner with and the kind of work we take on. We don’t take on every client — we choose relationships where values align and the work is meaningful, not just profit driven. Our goal is to build long-term client partnerships, not transactional engagements.

And we preach what we practice, showing up with curiosity, intentionality, and care in how we work with clients and with each other. We don’t prescribe solutions; we partner with people to co-create them.

What does “purpose” mean to you personally?

To us, purpose is something you live. It’s how you show up for yourself and others — every day.

It’s about the impact we have through our leadership presence, our choices, and the way we treat people along the way. It’s less about what gets checked off a list and more about the quality of our contribution and the way others experience us.

What we do matters, but purpose shows up in why we’re doing it and how we’re doing it with others. At its core, purpose is the intersection of what matters to us, what we’re good at, and what others actually need from us.

What’s one thing you hope people in the Purpose Fueled community know about you or your company?

One thing we hope people in the Purpose Fueled community know about us is that we’re on a mission to reshape the way we work together.

We exist to co-create more human-centered workplaces that foster increased engagement, satisfaction, and productivity by helping people and teams work in ways that are more grounded, connected, and intentional.

If someone in our community should connect with you, who are they?

If someone in this community should connect with us, it’s leaders and teams who are feeling the strain of their environment — whether that looks like high urgency, sustained stress, or moments of disconnection and disruption within the team itself.

We support this work through Centered Leadership™ Coaching for leaders and organizations, as well as Team Coaching for Disconnection & Disruption, where teams are actively working through breakdowns in trust, communication, or alignment and want to find a healthier way forward.
