Ambassador Spotlight: Jeff Hable | Purpose Fueled Eden Prairie
Jeff Hable spends his days building relationships for a living. At Purpose Fueled, he does the same thing for free.
He’s an Ambassador at Eden Prairie and SVP Market Lead Commercial Lender at Bank Cherokee. Here’s more in his own words.

When did you first walk through the door? What brought you here?
“I first came to Purpose Fueled because I was looking for more than just another networking event. As someone who spends every day building relationships and helping businesses grow, I was drawn to a community focused on genuine connection, personal growth, and helping others succeed.”
What made you say yes to being an Ambassador?
“I’ve always enjoyed bringing people together. Whether it’s introducing business owners, mentoring entrepreneurs, or helping someone find the right resource, I love creating connections that make a difference. Being an ambassador felt like a natural extension of that.”
What do you notice about a room that most people walk right past?
“I notice the people who are standing off to the side, unsure where they fit in. Often those are the people with the most interesting stories, perspectives, and potential connections. I try to make sure they feel seen and included.”
What do you want every person who walks through the door to feel, especially someone who almost didn’t come?
“I want them to feel welcomed, valued, and like they belong. You don’t have to have it all figured out to be here. Sometimes the conversation you almost missed is the one that changes everything.”
What’s your favorite introduction you’ve made (two people you knew needed to meet)?
“One of my favorites was connecting a growing business owner with someone who had successfully navigated the exact challenges they were facing. Watching that relationship develop into mentorship and opportunity reminded me how powerful the right introduction can be.”
How do you know when someone really needed to be here?
“You can see a shift in them. They walk in uncertain, but by the end of the event they’re energized, making connections, sharing ideas, and already planning their next step.”
What’s one thing you’d tell someone who has never been to Purpose Fueled?
“Come with curiosity and an open mind. You’ll leave with more than business cards. You’ll leave with relationships, ideas, and a sense of community.”
Purpose Fueled shows up differently in different people. How does it show up in you?
“It shows up as connection. Purpose Fueled reinforces my belief that relationships are the foundation of both personal and professional success.”
When you invite someone to Purpose Fueled, what do you say?
“I tell them it’s one of the few places where authentic relationships matter more than titles, and where a single conversation can open doors you didn’t know existed.”
What’s one thing you’re excited about sharing with people right now, in your life or your work?
“I’m excited about helping expand Bank Cherokee’s presence in the west metro and building relationships with business owners throughout the community. It’s a chance to support growing companies while creating long-term impact.”
What’s the title of your next chapter, in life or in business?
“Building Community Through Business.”
What don’t people know about you that they should?
“My career path hasn’t been a traditional one. Before banking, I worked internationally in business development, managing relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. That experience shaped how I approach business today: stay curious, understand people first, and never underestimate the importance of relationships.”
How do your best friends, kids, or family describe you? Who do they say you are?
“They’d probably say I’m driven, loyal, social, and always looking for the next adventure. I’m someone who likes bringing people together, whether that’s professionally, over a great meal, or outside exploring somewhere new. When I care about something, I tend to go all in.”
Who should find you in this room?
“Business owners, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, community builders, and anyone looking to grow through meaningful relationships. If you’re trying to take your business or leadership to the next level, I’d love to connect.”
What problem do you love solving for people?
“I love helping business owners find clarity around growth. Whether it’s financing, strategic connections, or navigating challenges, I enjoy helping people identify opportunities and create a path forward with confidence.”
