When did you first walk through the door? What brought you here?
I was looking for a community of people who genuinely wanted to grow while helping others do the same. Purpose Fueled felt like a place where authentic relationships mattered more than networking.
What made you say yes to being an Ambassador?
I’ve always believed that one introduction can change someone’s career, business, or life. Becoming an Ambassador was an opportunity to help create those moments for others.
What do you notice about a room that most people walk right past?
I notice the people standing alone or quietly observing. Those are often the people with incredible stories; you just have to make the first introduction.
What do you want every person who walks through the door to feel, especially someone who almost didn’t come?
I want them to feel like they belong before they ever say a word. Everyone should leave feeling like they met at least one person who genuinely wanted to know them.
What’s your favorite introduction you’ve made (two people you knew needed to meet)?
Some of my favorite introductions have happened through Twin Cities Data Science & Analytics; connecting people who had complementary skills, shared values, or simply needed someone who believed in them. Watching those relationships grow has been more rewarding than any single business opportunity.
How do you know when someone really needed to be here?
You can see it in the conversations that continue long after the event is over. When someone leaves with more confidence, more clarity, or a new relationship, you know the timing was right.
What’s one thing you’d tell someone who has never been to Purpose Fueled?
Don’t come expecting a networking event. Come expecting real conversations with people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.
Purpose Fueled shows up differently in different people. How does it show up in you?
It reinforces something I’ve always believed, that success is built through community. The more we invest in other people, the more opportunities we create for everyone.
When you invite someone to Purpose Fueled, what do you say?
Come exactly as you are. You’ll leave with new relationships, fresh ideas, and probably a few people you’ll stay connected with long after the event.
What’s one thing you’re excited about sharing with people right now, in your life or your work?
I’m excited about helping organizations understand how AI can empower people instead of replacing them. There’s an incredible opportunity to make technology more approachable and practical for businesses of every size.
What’s the title of your next chapter, in life or in business?
Building Communities That Build People.
What don’t people know about you that they should?
People often see the business side first, but what motivates me most is helping others grow. Whether it’s mentoring, teaching, or making introductions, I get just as excited watching someone else succeed as I do reaching my own goals.
How do your best friends, kids, or family describe you? Who do they say you are?
Driven, loyal, and always willing to help. They’d also probably tell you I have a hard time sitting still and that I’m always working on the next idea.

What problem do you love solving for people?
I love helping people connect the dots, whether that’s building strategic partnerships, creating sales systems, growing communities, or finding practical ways to turn big ideas into action.
